Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- It should be in the original packaging with all accessories and attachments included, including warranty cards and manuals.

Return Process

- Reason for Refund: Provide a reason for the refund and evidence of product damage (photos or videos).
- Verification: We will verify the claim after receiving your email.
- Refund Notification: If the claim is valid, we will send you an email with refund details.
- Returning Goods: Follow the return requirements to return the product. We will inspect it upon receipt.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Return Shipping Fee:
- Ring Pearl's Error: If the error is ours, return shipping fees are covered by Ring Pearl. Refund amount is 100% of the total order.
- Customer's Error: If the return is due to customer error or dissatisfaction, all related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Exchange: For exchanges of different sizes/colors of the same product, customers bear the shipping cost. For other items, return and repurchase.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos for faster resolution.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: It may take up to 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product to process your return.
- Refund Timing: Refunds may take up to 20 working days to be credited to your original payment account.
- Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
- Exchange Procedure: Contact our customer service for exchanges. If the desired product is out of stock, opt for a refund or wait patiently.
